Customer care for luxury homes in London’s Holland Park
Native Land’s Holland Park Villas is a residential scheme of 72 luxury apartments and penthouses overlooking London’s iconic Holland Park and set amongst two acres of private landscaped grounds.
In readiness for project completion, Simlai undertook protocols and prepared customer communications to prepare customers and on-site teams for forthcoming handovers. The homes at Holland Park Villas are generously proportioned with luxury finishes requiring an extra level of detailing and care.
Simlai managed key handover and defect management throughout the defect liability period.
Customer Care services included providing a consistent point of contact, personal home demonstrations and welcome kits and gifts for each of the scheme’s ultra-HNW customers.
