Major sales success for developer Argent

King’s Cross is one of the most exciting and successful redevelopments in London, with 67 acres of carefully planned apartments, offices, retail, schools, restaurants and public spaces.

Simlai devised a highly successful marketing and sales strategy for developer Argent for a residential phase of the masterplan.

Working closely with the Project Team, Simlai also provided advisory on floor plan layout, design and specification to help ensure optimal enjoyment of the homes by residents.

Marketing deliverables included strategy and branding while the sales strategy provided a roadmap for targeting UK buyers and South East Asia markets.
