Outstanding results for Notting Hill London’s first year

Jackie Tang was appointed to provide brand, marketing and sales strategy for the Group’s newly created private residential division, Notting Hill London.

With a target to develop 250 private homes each year, in its first year the developer successfully secured 400 units. Jackie developed and executed sales and marketing campaigns for the four individual new developments, together with sales suites, show apartments, briefing and management of suppliers and agencies and reporting to the board and auditors.

The first development was 95% within six months of launch and development profit was 12% higher than financial forecasts.
